ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using the DB-Tech website (db-tech.be), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DB-Tech. By placing an order or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

ORDER PROCESS

1. Product/Service Selection

Browse our products and services, add items to your cart.

2. Cart Review

Review your cart, update quantities if needed.

3. Checkout

Complete your order through PayPal secure checkout.

4. Order Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation with order details.

5. Shipping

Products are shipped based on the selected shipping option.

PRICING & PAYMENT

Pricing

• All prices are in CAD (Canadian Dollars)
• Prices include GST (5%) and QST (9.975%) for Quebec customers
• Prices may change without notice

Payment Methods

• PayPal (credit cards, PayPal balance)
• PayPal Pay in 4 (if eligible)

Price Errors

In case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping Rates (CAD)

• Canada: $15 flat rate
• USA: $25 flat rate
• International: Calculated at checkout

Delivery Times

• Canada: 5-14 business days
• USA: 7-21 business days
• International: 14-30 business days

Shipping Notes

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. DB-Tech is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Return Policy

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Products must be unused and in original packaging
• Customer pays return shipping

Non-Returnable Items

• Products modified or installed
• Consumable items
• Digital products
• Items damaged by misuse

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the return, excluding original shipping costs.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Product Warranty

All products come with a minimum 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. Extended warranties may be available for specific items.

Service Warranty

All repair/modification services come with a 6-month warranty covering the specific service performed.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

DB-Tech shall not be liable for:

• Delays beyond our control
• Third-party actions or negligence

The total liability of DB-Tech shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.
